These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the La Culex website, token presale, staking, referrals, and any other services (“Services”) provided by La Culex (“Project”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

$CULEX means the native token of the La Culex Project.

Presale means the period during which $CULEX is sold to early participants before public launch.

Hive Vault means the staking platform where users lock $CULEX for rewards.

Bite Chain refers to the referral program.

Itchy Burns refers to the structured token burn stages.

User or you means any person who uses the Services.

Website means the La Culex website and associated subdomains.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website or Services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other legal notices.

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Token Purchase / Presale

Participation in the presale is entirely voluntary and carries risks, including loss of capital.

Presale price, number of tokens, and sale structure (stages, pricing, burns) are published. La Culex reserves the right to adjust or modify presale features if necessary, and changes will be notified ahead of time.

Tokens are purchased at users’ sole discretion. No guarantee is given that $CULEX will have any particular value.

4. Token Use & Ownership

Owning $CULEX does not represent ownership or equity in La Culex or its founders. It is neither a security nor an equity.

You are responsible for your wallet’s security, private keys, etc. We are not liable for any loss due to your own negligence.

5. Referrals & Rewards

The Bite Chain program entitles user and referee to rewards (e.g. 12% as defined).

Rewards are funded via the Meme Hive allocation. We reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue referral programs if necessary.

6. Staking

When staking through the Hive Vault, you accept the lock-period, APY, and other conditions published.

Rewards are distributed in $CULEX as per the staking schedule. Past APY/APR does not guarantee future results.

7. Burns & Tokenomics

The Itchy Burns mechanism (reserved burns, stages, amounts) is as published.

We may adjust mechanics only if required due to legal, technical, or market/regulation changes, but will aim to preserve the spirit of the burn schedule.

8. Security, Audit & Liquidity

Smart contracts are audited; once safety checks are complete, the contract will be renounced.

Liquidity is locked for the period stated (18 months).

No blacklist, honeypot, or other “trap” features exist in the contract at time of publishing these Terms.

9. Risks & No Guarantees

Cryptocurrency and token markets are volatile and speculative. The value of $CULEX can go down as well as up.

No guarantee of profitability, listing, or appreciation.

You acknowledge that all services and content are provided “as is”, with no warranties (express or implied) by the Project or its team.

10. Restrictions & Prohibited Use

You must not use the Website or Services in any way that violates laws (including AML/KYC, sanctions, etc.).

You must not engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior (e.g., using bots to farm referral rewards, manipulating token contracts, etc.).

11. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and protection of personal data.

By using Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as per the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Website.

Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

You may not use Services if you are in a jurisdiction where participation would be illegal (including U.S., items or territories that may restrict digital asset activities).

You must not engage in fraud, market manipulation, or abusive use of referrals or staking systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Culex, its team, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses of profits, loss of data, lost opportunities arising out of your use of our Services.
